Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan is free permanently and needs no card. You only enter payment details if you later choose a paid plan.
What does it cost to take an order?
We charge 3% of the food total on online card orders — never on delivery or tips. Your card processor charges its own fee separately. Cash and in-store POS orders cost you nothing.
Do I need new hardware?
No. The POS and the kitchen board run in a browser, so any laptop, tablet or phone you already own will do. A printer is optional.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on the paid plans. Until then your store lives on a free Order It Hub address, which works exactly the same for customers.
What about delivery?
You can deliver yourself with your own zones and fees, or hand it to a courier network from the same screen. Pickup and dine-in need neither.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Orders, customers and products all export to CSV whenever you want, and the export is not gated behind a plan.
